I’m so excited that my good friend Kathy Sprehe has started her blog up again! She has an amazing eye when it comes to interior design and is a great writer too. She also happens to be absolutely amazing at programming and is responsible for this very site. Thanks again Kathy, you’re the best!

Pecha Kucha was nice enough to ask me to speak at their event this week. It’s Thursday from 6:30-10pm at Bridge. The event is free and I’m going to be showing some photo projects I’ve been working on over the past few years having to do with various teenage-related events and subcultures.

I got to see the “New Photography 2010″ show at the MOMA while I was in New York last month. There was really great work in the show from Roe Ethridge, Elad Lassry, Alex Prager, and Amanda Ross-Ho. I was especially taken with the work by Roe Ethridge though.

While in New York last week I had the pleasure of meeting Alec Soth and seeing him give a talk. His new book is amazing!
