I haven’t started reading Jonathan Franzen’s new book “Freedom” yet, but I’m looking forward to it. And this interview he did with The Onion’s A.V. Club has really interesting things to say about the the book, as well as thoughts about reading and writing, among other things.

I had the pleasure of doing this illustration for SBC Skateboard Magazine out of Canada. It’s in the newest issue, for a story about female skateboarders.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kramer O’Neill at a party in Brooklyn, NY recently. His work is great, and I really love his black and white street photos especially.

I just went to the Los Angeles, CA area to see my good friend Rob Tweedie, and I had the pleasure of visiting Family Books. They’ve got tons of great titles by some of my favorite artists, including Mike Mills and Deanna Templeton. I picked up his new documentary “Does Your Soul Have a Cold?” as well as her new zine “Your Logo Here.” (Image by Family Books.)
